I'm still having problems with this RST line I think,

I've connected power, then RST to +5v and Xtal1 and Xtal2 to a crystal, and 33pf Caps.

When I use a logic probe, I find that ALE is hight, then pluses and goes low, moniroting Port 2 I see not activity, but these should be plusing at the address changes.

Any suggestions to what I am doing wrong?
