There are plenty of people here willing to help but your request should contain a bit more information.
1) What is the physical hookup? What are the signal names from your LCD and which pins on the MCU are you connecting to?
2) Are you providing the proper contrast voltage for the LCD? Some modules require a negative voltage.
3) Have you accounted for proper hookup to the MCU control pins (EA, RST, etc.)?
4) What results are you seeing and what results are you expecting? ("It doesn't work" does not provide much useful information.)
Granted, some of the information could be gleaned from going over your posted code but that would be a lot of wasted time better spent resolving your problem.
