What made you think that we were not serious? Both Erik and myself did at least try to give you some clues as to where you might find information.

The fact remains that this is not an 8051 related question. Furthermore, I am a bit lost; why would you design with components on which you have no data? And if you're not designing, but simply copying, why do you need the datasheet?

My advice would be to take a look at NSC's PLLatinum synthesisers (LMX2300 series) and dispense with the prescaler altogether.
