I found the pinout of the divider U 893 BS:

Pin 1 NC
Pin 2 IN (probably noninverting input)
Pin 3 IN (probably inverting input)
Pin 4 GND
Pin 5 Division setting
Pin 6 OUT (probably inverting output)
Pin 7 OUT (probably noninverting output)
Pin 8 Vcc = 5V

Housing : DIP 8

One input is connected using a 1 Nano-Farad-C to the signal, the other input with a 1 Nano-Farad-C to GND.

Pin 5 (Division setting) is left open, this should give a division factor of 64.
