Are you sure you have a stepper motor? They require a series of step pulses applied to various coils in a very specific sequence in order to rotate. By "drive" are you meaning continuous rotation or just a little kick in one direction?
Stepper motors usually have 4,5, or 6 wires, depending if they are unipolar or bipolar.
