Like how to ensure that the micro and also the code inside does not come under any objectionable stuff from security point of view.

Do I need to first contact some authorities and prior inform them for permission that what I want to send and what it is.

Are ATMEL products and 89c2051 in particular that I want to send, recognized by US authorities as clean and clear for security reasons.
