Hi there

i am looking for information how to program 8051's flah Ram. I am new to microcontrollers and just start studying the 8051. my first task is to develop a programmer for 8051 so that i can work with this. i want to program flah ram. which 8051 has the flash ram and how can i program it. i want the signaling sequence which has to be applied to the pins of 8051. i will prefer to work with parallel port of PC. pls give me response to my email address shahzad73@hotmail.com.
