i am looking for information how to program 8051's FLASH RAM. I am new to microcontrollers and just start studying the 8051. my first task is to develop a programmer for 8051 so that i can work with this. i want to program flah ram. which 8051 has the FLASH RAM and how can i program it. i want the signaling sequence which has to be applied to the pins of 8051. i will prefer to work with parallel port of PC. pls give me response to my email address shahzad73@hotmail.com.



- also i have study a version of 8051 which requires a 50ms pulse to be applied to one of the pin of the 8051 so that data can be latched at a specific location after both data and addressed is settled on pins of 8051. does flash ram also require a 50ms pluse or any width of pulse is required. this is a major hurder as i have to develope a circuit which can generate a 50ms pulse and i have to work with analog which i want to avoid. any suggestion in this regard will be welcome
