Hi!
I have used 89C2051 as a battery operate IR remote control. Well my project working in a way that it send a stream of bytes continously for 5 seconds then if battery is not disconnected with in this time it sets its Idle and Power down bits and stops.
Now the problem is that when it goes in idle mode if we disconnect battery and then reconnect it doesnot starts (i think doesnot resets). The only reason I thought was the 22uf capacitor across supply lines. So I have disconnected that but problem remains. It take nearly 1.25 minute of disconnection from battery to work proper again. The only capacitor now exist in system was a 22uf reset capacitor through 10K resistor.
Please Kindly suggest some thing to correct this problem.
