Hi Azhar,

in power down mode the 89C2051 stops and only some nA was consumed. So the 22µ can hold the voltage for a long time.
Also a supervisor helps not, since it need, that the voltage drop, but it dosnt.

I think, you should add a manual reset knob to return from power down.
