actually i myself dont have too much of an idea!! here is the information i have gathered.....

When the receiver is ON HOOK - voltage is 48
When the receiver is OFF HOOK - voltage is 5
when a ring comes in - voltage is between 75-105V

Pls gimme ne more information u have... i can only be grateful to u all
