Hey,

Im looking for an 8051 based core with dual uart, and also 512 bytes or more EEPROM to store data and on-board flash code memory.

I considered 2 options:
1. 8051 with EEPROM on board an a software UART but the first UART runs at 345.600 bps and needs abslute priority the other works at 19.200 bps (sometimes up to 115.500 bps)
I think software UART is difficult in these circumstances.

2. 8051 with dual uart and extrenal EEPROM
I only need 512 bytes. But I didn't find any affordable solution. Al EEPROM or flash devices are 1Mbit or more.
Maybe a dallas 1-wire EEProm

Does anyone have tips to choose my ideal uC?
