The revolution of the tire is based on the circumference, not the radius (from axle to road). A tire's circumference is somewhat fixed because of the steel belts and the thickness of the rubber. They may expand because of heat, but tire pressure doesn't add or subtract the distance of tread that hits the road.

Tread thickness (wearing out) as well as heat will affect the circumference.
