From some of the questions asked at this forum, it seems some of you are looking for a quick fix / cook book solution. No web site or book can really help, micro are too complex. you have to study systematically, else your brain will be like a teenager room. For example, nearly all manufacturers of micros document the reset function and the oscillator quite well.
