When I hold my multimeter to it, it starts low (~1mV).. and starts climbing.. I think I've seen it up around ~80mV.. still really low.. it resets if I remove the probes, and put them back on... It stays in this state in both Run and Program mode... Should EA be forced high in Run mode, and low during programming mode? Or is EA strictly output? -Ryan |
