I don't have any *.m51 files on my computer anywhere... what generates these files?

Also, I have to say that these errors are compiler specific because it has to do with what the compiler is trying to do with the memory. I'm sure there must be a setting somewhere that I can change to fix this, but I haven't found anything that works so far. I'm in the process of looking for another compiler to see how I make out with one of those.
