Maybe I misunderstood the question, but I thought he wanted the function to be able to deduce the type of the actual parameter implicitly at run time?
The va_* macros support having a variable number of parameters, but I thought he wanted a single parameter, but of runtime-variable type? Mahmood, please clarify! |
