 		 #23054 - Troubleshooting P89C51RD2


I am using a P89C51RD2 ( 12 Mhz Crystal ), I want to use serial communication in my application.
So I am testing serial communication with a PC .
I am using a program called "VBTerm" .
I have a sample program that sends a string on the serial port ,
but I am getting a 'framing error' .

P.S. - Which program is usually used for communicating with the micon ?
