Yogesh,

Make sure that:

1) EA is pulled up (I assume you are using internal code memory)
2) Does your RESET circuit works properly?
3) Have you checked the port pin (which you are using to drive LED) with CRO to make sure if LED is blinking at a very high rate?


BTW: which Port pin you are using for this purpose?
