Thanks for the clarification Criag. But I have a funny situation, I face the problem when I try to login from my system at home (IE5), I face the problem even when I delete all cookies and then try a fresh login (after complete logout). Now, the same thing (IE5) at my work place is prefectly well and today for the first time, I saw "Account Profile" and also "Hello ...." instead of "Welcome Back. ...." So, also check if it is the site problem (cos, if it is IE5 problem, then it should not change with System (even OS is the same)).
