#24950 - RE: stuck-DS89C420 and serial ADC (max1112) |
Hello again Phillip.
I'm definently learning. I purchased "Programming and Customizing the 8051", 525 pages. Its much better at explaining things than the Maxim datasheets are, which are always extremely lacking, IMHO. The reason I would like to use the Max 1112 is because I I would like to directly connect my sonar sensors to each of its 8 channels. The sensors I have will output 0-5 volts, relating to object range. This would effectively use 3 or 4 IO pins to connect 8 sensors if I could get it to work. Another reason is I also have 10 of them. :-) |
