Hi Rahul !
If You are making your own chip, and want to have extra port you'll need more instruction .. , I think 8bit long opcodes won't be enough in your case. Any way check out this site. "www.opencores.org" There is free verilog code of 8051, implement 2 more ports . If you are looking for a 8051 with 6 ports .. try DALLAS DS87C550 .(well I dont know much about this one) Bye...
