We are into manufacturing of attendance and access control readers. Some of our readers are facing with problems related to electromagnetic interferences. The situation is such that when a bike/scooter/motorcycle moving approximately 2 feet close to the reader, causes harmful interferences to the functioning of the reader. The following are the problems, which we are facing:
1. The reader gets reset.
2. Blinking of LED
3. Corrupting serial commuication data.
Has anybody faced this problem? The electronic components that we are using are the following:
