I have some experience with microcontroller programming and such from college, and I have several small projects that would be great for a 8052 or similar. I'd like to have all the components on the chip (no external memory, etc). The projects are pretty simple to start with, like controlling a few motors and LCD applications. Fun stuff :-)

I could use a few suggestions as to what I need to get the best bang for my buck. What should I look for on Ebay for instance? I need the whole package minus the PC.

I know C a little and QBasic a bit more. I'd like to start off with Basic.
