#25586 - T89C51CC01 does not work |
Hello,
I've got a problem with new T89CC01s, they won't work. I tested them with an DS1810 reset generator, an oscillator running at 11.0592 MHz an a RS232 connection to my PC. 1. I connected /EA to +5V to start an internal program - I expected the bootloader. I could see signals on /ALE and PSEN and no signals on P0 and P2. The CC01 didn't react in any way, when I was sendig a "U" to it. 2. I shortened /PSEN to 0V at reset. No reaction on a sended "U". 3. I connected an external EPROM and tried it with /EA shortened to 0V. Now there are signals on /ALE, PSEN, P0 and P2 but the program, a simple assembler written blink program, is not executed properly. (No toggle on P1 and P3). It seems, that I can't force my CC01s to work... Any ideas? Thank, Michael |
