AT93C46 can hold 128 bytes and has three wire serial interface (easier to implement than IIC).
If you already have IIC: AT24C01A The "AT" part is for Atmel, but the same devices are made by several companies (STM, Philips, Fairchild, Microchip). Regards, Rob. |
