Other differences:

1.
93Cxx devices need to read or write always 2 bytes.
24Cxx devices allow single byte access.

2.
93Cxx devices need 10msec write time for only 2 bytes.
24C02 devices can write 8 bytes and the 24C512 can write 128 bytes simultaneously during 10msec.
