Hello people!

Does anyone know of an ISP Flash (preferably not using JTAG) other than WSI's PSD Family? What I'm after is quick a large memory 32kx8 or more, that could be programmed using some soft of simple SPI interface (like one of Atmel's serial eeproms) but could be read using a standard parallel interface (so I can use it as program memory for a DS80C320).

Insidently, does anyone have any experience with WSI's PSDs? They look pretty cool, but I don't have the time to do much research into their way of working.
