My advises are:
1) You can add some instruction to change some bit form 0 to 1 then from 1 to 0. And to see if there is square wave at the port. It can verify if you system is basically OK. 2) Did you pay attention to the Chip Select (CS or CE) pin of your RAM? I have not used the Toshiba TC5565APL. But as I know, some RAM has two CE pins, one is active low and one is active high. In your case, I think all the CE pins should be asserted. |
