This is not SPI, i don't know what is this but is too fast.
CPLD and dual port RAM is too expensive.
I'm just thinking to use serial2parallel2serial shift register (two shift register). This is possible because MCU iniitialize 16 bit transmit, high speed clock will shift 16 of them in first registar and after that mcu will read from the second. I don't have enough pins.
