I assume it would be an evaluation version. Why don't you use KEIL or FRANKLIN, these have good documentation and most of the people on this forum use KEIL.

By the way, if you are looking for "How to program 8051 in C" in the documentation, then follow KEIL. They have a book on their CD-ROM "The final word on 8051". You can also download it from internet. Search the name in google.
