I'm not aware of any 8051 with HW FP unit.
Some Infineon derivatives have a sort of coprocessor, but I think it's for integers (mainly, or at least that's what I remember we use it for). Dallas has something as well, but we never used it yet.
If you are interested in the comparison on the Infineon I can make some trials next week (I'm curious as well)
