Hello All,

I have written a program, which use T2 interupt vector to complement LEDs in every 1 second, but i doesnt work.
I know, that exist simplier way to count 1 sec, but it is just a part to solve bigger problem. So this time I should choose this way...

Please help, and tell me why doesn't it what it should do....I don't no realy.
