Thanks for Felix, and for Mariusz. I cleared the TF2 overflow flag, and all works fine.

Felix:I use T2 interrupt, which occurs in every 5ms. That calls a subrutin which decrement each times the R1 contains 200 decimal value. So it counts well yet.
(200*5ms)=1sec
