#26747 - Do you know any MCU with these features? |
Hi!
I am interested to know that is any MCU exist with following features... 1, LOW COST. 2, 20 pin size or less. 3, built in ADC and/or DAC. 4, Low power (like 89C2051) 5, Built in EEPROM. 6, Flash code memory (but also have OTP version for final production) If any thing match closely please tell me. I am currently using 89C2051 for my projects but it lacks very neccessary thing called EEPROM. Thanks! |
