Hi,
Please, take this message with a grain of salt since I am about to offer my product. Please, consider ADuC814 from Analog Devices. This chip seems to have all of the features you need except for OTP version. There is a low cost evaluation board available in 8052.com on-line store. I hope, this information helps.
