No, in embedded systems resources are always limited, it is the nature of the job. A system that requires huge amounts of memory and processing power for the convenience of programmers who cannot think outside the box of their university training, is not going to be cost effective or as efficient as one developed by a proper consideration of the design. You should never force your favourite solution on a problem, unless it solves it ! Steve |
