Hi Mahmood,
did you send the INITIALIZATION STRING to the modem correctly (if u did at all). I've read in the modem manuals that an Initialization string is mandatory for a modem. The Hyper Terminal will issue the default string (that windows prepared when the driver of the modem is installed).
