As Eric stated earlier, Allegro is the champ when it comes to high current devices. Their current SLA4061 is rated at 5 Amps and 120 volts, comes four drivers per module, each with it's own flywheel diode. Any inverter will have no problem driving the input. Another similar module, SMA4032, is a little more modest at 3 Amps and 100 volts.
