All these drivers are designed for capacitive and inductive loads. The clamping energy is different between differents parts. See your relays' datasheets for the better choice.

BTS117 : Smartdriver Low-side (i.e as NPN)
VDS=60V, Imax=7A, Inom=3.5A, logic level input, Thermal overload short-circuits and overvoltage protections

BTS917 : same as above but with analog output for current monitoring

BTS443 : Smartdriver High-side (i.e as PNP)
VDS=42V, Imax=55A, Inom=23A, Thermal overload short-circuits and overvoltage protections

BTS5210 : Dual Smartdriver High-side
VDS=41V, Imax=8A, Inom=4A, digital feedback of the output for diagnosis, Thermal overload short-circuits and overvoltage protections

BTS716 : Four Smartdrivers High-side, VDS=41V, Imax=8A, Inom=2.5A, Inom with 4 outputs in parralel=5.5A, digital feedback of the output for diagnosis, Thermal overload short-circuits and overvoltage protections.

BTS840 : Dual Smartdriver High-side, VDS=34V, Imax=24A, Inom=12A, Inom with 2 outputs in //=24A, digital feedback of the output for diagnosis, Thermal overload short-circuits and overvoltage protections.

BSP77 : Low-side smartdriver, VDS=42V, Inom=2.17A, LOW COST, Thermal overload short-circuits and overvoltage protections.

TLE6220 : Quad Low-side smartdriver, VDS=60V, Inom=1A (individually 3A), SPI serial link feedback of the outputs for diagnosis, Thermal overload short-circuits and overvoltage protections.
