Thank you Steve. Your suggestion gave me a perfect solution for the problem. After declaring a array I did not initialize it, I filled the array with zero's and my problem disappeared.

Thank you Babar Latif, now I agree with you "No problem is strange. We only overlook something". But I could not understand one thing why shoud Atmel make ics with shrink? When the die dies it should be sent to recycle bin.

There was nothing wrong in PCB layout, PCB, IC socket and Soldering.
