In a previous post I complained about my telephone line and threatened to plug it in the mains.
Well I had enough and just for last time I phoned the phone company and complained, waited for few days and nothing happened, phoned them again and they said that they checked the line and the problem is in my house.
They never came here and the phone line comes direct from the post to the pc, it doesn't go to the rest of the house, they r making things up.
I phoned my number using mobile phone, shorted the phone lines together so that the connection is on, then quickly pluged the phone lines in the ac mains to make maximum damage. I heared 50 hz hum in my mobile meaning that the 50hz main got right through to the system, kept it like that for few seconds and took phone lines out.
To my surprise my phone line became crystal clear, I managed to surf the internet with no problems for few days then the line got noisy again. I repeated the process above and its crystal clear again now!
I wonder if anyone can explain this?
