Texas Instruments bombards me with so much junk mail, I simply don't read any of it anymore. 8-) I'll go download their spec on this part though. The MAX5003 is still interesting to me though its certainly outside my area of expertise. I'm activating an analog subcontractor in June to do some proofing work or our WAN board and I think I'll offer him this analysis task too. MAXIMUS DEFEATUS ================ I heard back from my Maxim contact today and he said he'd like to sell me some of their chips but it may just be that all I need is a better inductor and to stick with the LM2576HV. What a sales-pitch! :-) I'd rather him offer their best case and then I'll listen and decide that all we need is a better inductor. heheheh -Jay C. Box |
