Mahmood,
I never went to university in any english speaking country. I could not figure out what +ve ment. I have communicated in english now for 20+ years and I have never seen +ve or -ve. The issue is not that it is or is not SMS, but that it is not "regular" english. If e.g. a russian wants to look it up in the dictionary he would be lost, but he would find PC, RAM and positive. If a "rule" has to be made, then let it be that if it is in the dictionary (Webster or Oxford) it's ok. Erik |
