A problem for a poor Polish guy? Don't limit it to them. I'm a poor American moron who, up to now, had never run across "+ve". I did not have a clue what the original poster meant and thought it was a typo, but was afraid of being ridiculed, so didn't ask.
Note to self: '+' is an English abbreviation for "positi". '-' is an English abbreviation for "negati". Actually, they sound more like Italian to me :-) This Forum teaches us grey-beards something too every now and then. |
