You can use an derivate with ISP and load an run your program directly in FLASH. I think is the best choice.
If you want to use external ram you must merge the data and program memory. If your derivate is less than 64k of flash, decode the ram over your internal flash, and jump to it. If is 64k you must change EA to access tao the external program memory. |
