The site at Florida Tech (fit.edu) I had actually discovered before. I emailed the contact, but the contact has disappeared--all emails to him bounce.
I have emailed several people in their IT department and we'll see if I get a response. On something like this I may have to resort to faxing a complaint of copyright violation to get anyone to notice. I guess that just goes to show that sometimes "free" isn't cheap enough for some people. When it's a technological institute, though, that just blows me away. I got a kick out of the fact that somewhere on their site I found a course they are offering for their faculty for "spotting plagiarism." I guess more of them need to take that course...
