#29974 - RE: conversion from BCD to binary |
Think about what each of your thumbwheels represents:
eg, if you have three thumbwheels set to 891, what does the '8' represent? and the '9'? and the '1'? Hint: remember "Place Value". Having thus determined the numerical significance of each thumbwheel, you should see how they can easily be combined into a single (binary) number. |
