I think C-DAC (an Indian government institute) has recently started a training course in Embedded Systems, and fortunately for you it is situated in their Bangalore center. This is one of the more recent courses started by C-DAC. I don't have any information about the quality, but judging from their renowned long-running VLSI and Advanced Computing courses, it should be top notch.

A word of warning though... it has an entrance exam and really tough competition.
