Thermal resistance of what to what ? We usually talk of junction/case junction/ ambient.
Measure how much power is going in. Measure the temperature rise on the case of the unit, or in the unit whatever is going to be your reference. Units are dec C/ watt aren't they What's the catch ? Steve |
